So that's Amanda Preston on the right, my amazing agent. And in the middle, just about visible is adorable Scarlett (my littlest girl).
I made a speech. It was a bit like the Oscars but I didn't cry. Had I said the things I'd intended to say, I might have managed to squeeze a few tears out, but I'm sure it was better for the lack of them...On the table, you see the true star of the event. The beautiful books! Of which many were sold - thanks everyone. xxx
